Measuring a kid-friendly 4.5 inches square, these little packs come in a heavy duty, sealable plastic bag. Keep them in the bag, pop them in the freezer and store them until you need them. Slide them out of the bag, and apply to the affected area. Add hugs and plenty of kisses. Repeat as needed!
