Flaxie Packs isn’t the first business launch I’ve been involved in, and I like to think I’ve learned a thing or two along the way.
For example, customers don’t buy from companies or stores. They buy from people. So along with solid infrastructure, a good plan and all the other basics required for a company to thrive, it’s important to make sure the people behind the curtain are sincere, straightforward and, well….nice. If the face and the voice of your business– no matter how big or small– is friendly and helpful, you’re going to be way out in front from the get-go.
At the core of “nice” is remembering the magic words, right? Please and thank you? Saying thank you to your customers is huge. Huger than huge. Really, really huge.
SO…THANK YOU to all of you who have visited our web site, made a purchase (or two– repeat business rocks!), shared a post, commented on a blog, liked our Facebook page, participated in a contest, asked a question or referred a friend, you are rock stars. After barely 2 months in business, you have helped us exceed our expectations for our business launch.

P.S. I can’t promise that that each and every one of you will get a thank you note on par with this classic one penned by a 4th grader. Just know that we appreciate each one of you sincerely, and as for the rest….
